It has been an awfully long time since I wrote anything here. Anyway, I am back from my summer holidays in the mountains. Well, theoretically they were mountains, but I would rather call it a strange land of hills, tiny fields, with small people dwelling in small houses. In fact the houses were so small I hit myself on the head countless times, so if I become any weirder now, you know who to blame.

And now for something compeletely different, I have realised once again that I am a totally urban, or rather industrial, person. No, really. When I was on my way home I came to the conclusion that after spending two weeks walking through the hills, valleys, creeks and other beauty-of-the-nature stuff the only thing that really moved me was the heavy machinery of the concrete dam on the Dunajec river and the adjencent hydro-electric power plant. The giant hydraulic cylinders and gantry cranes were pure joy for my eyes. Unfortunely we have only visited it once and the weather was crap, so I don't have any photos worth showing.

There are some upcoming photo sessions which I hope will turn out better than the last one, so maybe there will be some new photos. Cheers.
